Are you referring to the Fender as in a guarding or enclosure part on a 5150 CNC machine (like a Haas 5150 or similar model)??

I'm not fully sure I understand what you mean, but if my guess is right then you should check with industrial surplus suppliers or Fanuc retrofitters coz sometimes they keep those modules in stock or can cross match them with newer equivalents.
