Your most-used tool outside the CNC world

Quick community question for the CNC Machining Forum. A lot of people here appreciate well-made tools, even outside the shop, and I always find it interesting what ends up being someone’s favorite.

What’s the most satisfying tool you own that is not shop-related, and what problem does it solve for you? Bonus question, is it something you keep in the car, the kitchen, or on your desk because you use it that often?

Mine is honestly a decent headlamp and a small bit driver set. Sounds boring, but it saves me every time I’m under a desk or in the trunk at night.

Outside CNC stuff, mine is a good compact ratchet set. It saves me every time something loose shows up at home or in the car. I keep it in the trunk because I hate being stuck over a tiny fix.
