Any good value finds for your CNC setup this BlackFriday weekend?

Now that the sales weekend is behind us, did anyone grab tooling or upgrades for their CNC setup? I saw a bunch of deals on bits and vises and even some small spindle accessories, but it is always interesting hearing what people actually found worth buying.

If you picked something up, what did you end up choosing and does it feel like it was a good value for your shop?

I kept it simple this year. Picked up a better vise on sale because setup time has been my biggest bottleneck. Anything that helps me get jobs running faster during limited shop time feels worth it. Definitely happy with that choice.
