To fix or ditch the tumbler?

I got a 6ft Hutson tumbler I got at a garage sale here in Louisiana and it's got lots of problems. But then again, I got it at a really cheap price so I'm not complaining... Is it worth fixing? In the first place, I wanna make sure if it's ideal with what I do. I'm mostly all about high-effort and part-by-part handling. So, do I need this or maybe just stick with my small tumbler.

If you're into high-effort, part-by-part handling, a larger tumbler might save time, but if it's too much to fix, stick with your smaller one for now

If you don't mind tinkering, it might be worth a shot since you got it cheap. Although since your little guy is already doing the work fine and fits your workflow better, no harm in sticking with what works except you're really craving a side project

Honestly, the big Hutson might just feel like overkill, especially if it needs serious fixing.
