Thinking about adding cabinet heaters before the real rain hits

The humidity’s been creeping up again here in Oregon, and I’m starting to notice condensation on some of our cabinet doors in the mornings. Nothing major yet, but I’m worried about moisture getting into connectors or boards if it keeps up. I’ve heard a few shops around here started installing small cabinet heaters or air dryers to keep things stable through the wet season. Anyone here already doing that? I’m curious what setups are actually working. I don’t want to go overboard with heaters if a simple dehumidifier or air line dryer would do the trick. Just trying to get ahead of the corrosion and electrical gremlins before winter really kicks in.

That moisture creeps in fast once temps drop. Cabinet heaters help, but airflow usually makes the bigger difference. Some shops use small dehumidifiers or air dryers instead. Has anyone here compared the two approaches over a full winter?

I started seeing the same condensation on my little mill’s cabinet when the wet season rolled in. A small cabinet heater fixed it way better than I expected. Nothing fancy, just enough warmth to keep connectors from sweating overnight. Way simpler than trying to chase moisture once it’s already in the wiring.
