The plasma torch is not working, even though the AXBB-E controller is sending an activation signal

Hello.
I have a problem. The plasma cutter doesn't launch the torch in spite of the fact that its relay activation signal is sent from AXBB-E controller (isolated output #6), because the light is on during activation of the signal.
How to check whether the signal can be measured from the relay output?

I'd meter the relay output directly first, it could be signal voltage present but not enough current switching.
