quick way to make aluminum powder

Been trying to find a quick way to make aluminum powder for my chemistry stuff. Right now im using a bench grinder and grabbing the filings, but it takes forever. i also got a lathe and miller too but im not sure if they can make powder. any ideas? i would like it as fine as possible.

making fine aluminum powder can be tricky, especially with the tools you have. the bench grinder is slow, and while the lathe and miller could technically make powder, they're not ideal for the task. A ball mill would be your best bet for grinding it down into a fine powder quickly. You can find DIY plans online, but just make sure to follow safety protocols when working with aluminum powder, as it can be highly flammable.
