Help with error code

This has never happened before at work but hey there's first time for everything right? However, we have XYZ 7200 CNC machine with a Fanuc 31i control system. The other day i was trying to run a 5-axis simultaneous program. But it kept saying that M134 or YCPM code isn't available. As far as i know this machine is supposed to be capable of full 5-axis operation. Anyone have an idea of what can be the issue? Any suggestions would be appreciated.

For me, the best way to go about it is to reach out to wherever you purchased from. It's not your problem for a hot minute. You said it's never happened before, did you do anything with the config?

have you tried to do a 5axis operation before using that machine? bcs I think it's not typically configured for it

your machine probably isn't unlocked for full 5-axis even if it's capable and the option might not be activated in the control. Check your parameter list or call the builder

The machine is throwing a fit. Huge bummer. Agree with @amazingjosh the 5-axis option ain't unlocked. Might be worth double checking your parameters or seeing if the options are actually enabled in the control. Fanuc loves their hidden paywalls LOL.
