Hi, I am Chris. I run Music City Manufacturing which is a part-time job shop that I run out of my garage (for now).
I have a 2011 Sharp SV-2412SX with a 15 HP CAT40 spindle, a 24 tool ATC and a Fanuc 0i-MD control. I also have a manual lathe and a manual mill.
My goal is a CNC lathe in about 12 to 15 months and a 5-axis VMC within the next two years.
For fun I am venturing into knife making. I just completed a design for my first knife and will start prototype production in early to mid June.
