Haas VF4SS oil spatter problems

I'm so sick of my Haas VF4SS oil spatter. I use this machine for my furniture business (I sell mostly shelves and tables), and this is just not cutting. I mean it's cutting well, yes the speed is very much preferred for a 12k rpm spindle especially since I've gotten around to doing everything precisely really quickly but I swear the oil splash on my wood about to be varnished and those drying up already. I need help finding a new machine because I'm tired of this already and pretty sure you guys can suggest something much better.

The Haas is a really good machine but not for wood though, it's for metal therefore i get your frustration. I would suggest you to look at Shop Sabre IS series, Avd cnc pro series (budget friendly) and biesse rover a series.

I understand that while VF4SS is a beast for metal, it is excessive (and untidy) for wood. A good CNC router with clean cuts and no oil will make you much happier. Look into something like a Forsun 1325 or Avid CNC Pro, both solid for furniture work with vacuum tables and dust collection. I never looked back after switching for my shop

Interesting that a highspeed spindle is causing more spatter. I'm curious, have you experimented with different coolant types or delivery methods to minimize it?
