gosh, I'm hitting a wall with a sudden Error #1 (motor overload) on Y axis
I’ve tried swapping the X and Y amplifiers to see if the problem followed the hardware, but the error stayed on the Y axis
this makes me think the amps are actually fine and the issue is somewhere else
what should I check next to narrow this down? looking for a solid step by step to figure out if it's the motor, the wiring, or something mechanical. Any advice is appreciated!

Good troubleshooting move swapping the X and Y amps. If the error stayed on the Y axis, that’s a useful clue. Did this start suddenly mid job, or right on power up?
