5 axis Haidenhain not reading code

I'm running into an issue with the 5 axis Haidenhain mill here at the shop. It's not reading the code properly, and I'm not sure where to start troubleshooting, the machine seems to be rejecting the programs, and I've double checked the code, it looks fine on my end, any ideas on what might be causing this ? I've already tried a few basic resets and reloaded the program, but no luck so far.

There's most likely a missing configuration so it's not fully set-up for 5-axis mode. Just tinker. Mostly trial and error if you're new? I suppose you're still exploring?

Heidenhain can be particular about file format and extension, so I would check those first. Additionally, check to see if the control is rejecting the program with any particular error codes. In case it's a bad load, double-check the transfer method (USB, network, etc.). If everything appears to be in order, there may be a mismatch in the control settings. If you know the precise error, please share it, it may help focus the search

Did you check if the control has the correct options enabled for the type of code you are running? Some Heidenhain systems need specific features unlocked for certain 5 axis commands. Even if the code looks fine in your CAM output, the machine may reject it if the post processor is set for a different control version or if certain cycles or functions are not supported.
