FS0i-F Plus version doesn't have simulation

I have an issue with the CNC GUIDE 25 app. The FS30i-B version has a machining simulation, but it's not in the FS0i-F Plus version.

Any idea why these two differ? We're about to order a 0i-MF plus controller with the iHMI touch screen, and this simulation thing is super important for us, so will it be on our new setup or not?

The simulation feature can differ depending on the controller generation and the software package. For instance, the FS30i-B has it included in GUIDE 25, whereas the FS0i-F Plus might not come with it.

Before you place your order for the new 0i-MF Plus, it's a good idea to check with Fanuc to confirm whether the simulation function is part of the GUIDE 25 package, it could be something you need to request separately. Don't take it for granted that it comes standard, it's best to double-check before you finalize your order.

FANUC reserves advanced features like full machining simulation for their higher-end controls. The FS30i-B is a top-tier controller, that's why it has it but the FS0i-F Plus is a more standard model. A full machining simulation won't also be included with the standard 0i-MF Plus controller. You'd need to either buy it as a separate software option from FANUC or look into third-party simulation software.
