Help identifying this machine

New to me. Bought on a bit of a whim - a combo machine that can fit in my packed garage and on which I can learn).

The problem is I have no idea what make/model etc... this is. I assume it's a Chinese machine, but there are zero markings anywhere (except for the Jenix scales and display).

Any help would be appreciated. I can take additional pictures and/or examine further if directed.

That looks like combination lathe-mill machine, likely an imported Smithy clone or similar 3-in-1 benchtop model

I actually found a close picture, sent an email to the company that owned the website the picture was on, and they identified it as a circa 2010 Shopmaster Patriot VFM. They were able to identify it via a license on the PC it came with.
