I just finished a stainless steel project with a plasma cutter. it works well but make sure to use a steady hand for smooth cuts. set the amperage a bit lower than for regular steel to avoid burning the edges. clean the metal first to remove dirt or oil for better results..

Yes I agree with this one. And you gotta use the right gas or else it's gonna leave you rough around the edges quite literally. Nitrogen is for cleaner, so is oxygen. Air is a common go to one tho.

You have a lot of good suggestions but i have something to add. It's very important that the air is dry and clean when plasma cutting stainless steel, oil or moisture can mess with the quality.
